The Harrell's Family of employees are a devoted bunch. Throughout our locations around the eastern U.S. you will find employees givnig back to the community in a variety of ways. Today we hear from Brian Ziegler in our York, PA location talking about York Helping Hands.

York Helping Hands works directly with the homeless and supply, through donations of time, money and”stuff”, a wide variety of services. Anything from health care to job placement, food and clothing, household needs, etc. They found through surveys that the largest majority of homeless in this area are veterans returning home to no jobs, families that don’t understand what they went through and struggling to cope with “society”. They have since opened a veterans store to help supply homeless veterans with everyday needs. On the weekends they also have a “food run” that takes food out to anyone who needs it.
