(Editor’s Note: Our Eric Shilling put together this very clear, simple summary of what’s new for the 2019 Early Order Program season for his customers. We couldn’t have said it better so here it is!)

Syngenta

The biggest change with Syngenta’s Early Order Program this year is that the GreenTrust 365 Points are going away, but with that comes an additional 2%-3% (GT Bonus Booster) by purchasing in October. In the past they have offered 3x’s the GreenTrust 365 Points by ordering in October. 

Early Order Program Dates: Oct 1st - Dec 6th

Payment Terms: June 26th, 2020

Getting in the Game: Spend a minimum of $5,000.00 during the early order period

Highlights:

• Rebates: In the form of a check to the club OR a distributor credit

o To qualify for a distributor credit you need to register at:greentrust365.com/Rebate

- Rebates earned during the EO period will be paid by September 30th, 2020

- Lock in yearlong rebates with purchases made between October 1st – December 6th, 2019

• Yearlong rebates eared after EO period paid by November 30th, 2020

o GT Bonus Booster

- On purchases made between October 1st – October 31st 2019

• 2% Rebate on purchases of $5,000.00 to < $20,000.00

BASF

The biggest change this year with BASF’s Early Order Program is that the “Cubes” are gone. In order to qualify for the highest rebate amounts you need to purchase 3 qualifying fungicides from the build your own cube list. The price of Emerald has been cut by 35% and the price for Xzemplar has been cut by 20%. BASF has also introduced a Fairy Ring Support Program.

Early Order Program Dates: October 1st-December 6th, 2019

Payment Terms: June 5th, 2020

• Highlights:

o Rebates: Distributor credit

- Lock in a 10% rebate on products purchased between December 7th 2019 – September 30th 2020 with a purchase of > $35,000.00 between the dates of October 1st-December 6th, 2019.

- Credit for early order purchases will become available by July 31st, 2020

- Credit for 10% rebate (if qualified) will become available around December 15th, 2020

BAYER

The biggest changes this year with Bayer’s Early Order Program are that the “PAK’s” are gone and everything is now digital. To access the early order program go to: www.flexsolutions.bayer.us to create your credentials. Volume discounts on select products replace Select Rebates.

Early Order Program Dates: Oct 1st - Dec 6th

Payment Terms: June 5th, 2020

Highlights:

• Earn an additional 1% off with purchases made between October 1st-October 31st

o The Flex Solutions Tool does not automatically add the 1% savings so you must calculate it

• Rebates: My Bayer Rewards Points

o Rebates can be converted into check to the clubOR distributor credit

o Rebates to be paid in Q3 2020 after payment terms are due

FMC Program

FMC is bringing more in season savings and a new RebateLock on Fame at the $1,000.00 rebate level and all Agency products at the $2,000.00 rebate level. The Fame First Spotlight program runs through 9/30/19 and offers the best savings (an additional $175.00 in rebates on 2.5 gal jug) of the year. 

Early Order Program Dates: Oct 1st - Dec 6th

Payment Terms: June 5th, 2020

Highlights:

• Earn additional rebate dollars with purchases made between October 1st-October 31st

• Rebates: Check to the club

o Rebates for Fame First (September promotion) paid around the 1st of July

Corteva Program

Corteva is bringing 2 new herbicide products to their early order line up this year. The first is NativeKlean, and as the name implies it is a herbicide strictly for your native areas. I have seen a lot of trial plots on actual golf courses, and the results have been great. The second is GameOn which is a new 2, 4-D based product which also contains the new active ingredient Arylex. It has a very low odor, and contains proprietary technology that significantly reduces drift.

Early Order Program Dates: Oct 1st – Feb 15th, 2019

Payment Terms: May 15th, 2020

Highlights:

• Earn additional rebate dollars with purchases made during the early order period

• Increase your rebate by purchasing 2 or more qualifying products

• Rebates: Check to the club OR a distributor credit

o A minimum of $250.00 in rebates must be meet to qualify

NuFarm Program

Nufarm has lowered the qualification dollar amount from the very creative $3,336.00 to $2,500.00, and has increased some of the rebates. A minimum of 2 different qualifying products purchased plus the $2,500.00 minimum spend need to be meet in order to qualify for rebates.

Early Order Program Dates: Sept 16th – Dec 6th, 2019

• Period 1-Sept 16th – Oct 31st

• Period 2-Nov 1st – Dec 6th

Harrell’s

We have two new exciting offers to bring you this year. The first is our Harrell’s ProtectMax line up of products. This includes Azoxy 2SC, Chlorothalonil 6 L, Chlorothalonil DF, Fluazinam, T-Methyl, and Tebuconazole. We are also offering a 40 reward point per ton rebate on all POLYON® controlled-release fertilizer blends containing > 50% POLYON®.
