Here’s a warm welcome to several recent additions to the Harrell’s team. We’re glad to have you all aboard!

Thomas Eckstein

Thomas “Tom” Ecsktein - our newest addition to the Whitestown, IN facility - has been in the Harrell’s family since May 2nd.  Thomas is a Warehouse Worker that has been married to his wife, Vanessa, for 16 years.  They have 1 child, Brie, who is 12 years old.  Thomas likes to go to races and plays sports of every kind.  He states he is, “Happy to be doing something different”.  He was in the furniture industry for 27 years.  We are happy that he is now a part of the Harrell’s family.

Matthew Tucker

Matthew “Matt” Tucker is the new Dispatch Manager replacing Scott MacDonald.  Matt has been working with us since May 23rd.  Married to Kim for 16 years now, the couple has 4 children; Ashlee, 15, Ellie, 13, Sarah, 11, and John, 9.  Matt graduated from Covenant College with a BA in Business Administration.  In his off-time, Matt likes to play soccer and work in the yard or garden.  (That fits right in here!)

Burt McKee

Burt McKee joins the Harrell’s family in the newly created position of Safety, Security, and Environmental Compliance Manager as of 5/31.  In other words, he will make sure all employees are safe and are working safely.  Burt graduated from the University of Central Florida, “Go Knights”, with a degree in Public Administration.  He has 10 years of experience with Conagra Foods and United Agri Products.  Burt and his wife, Darlene, have been married for 41 years.  Awwww!  They have 2 children Tracy, 37, and Robert, 35.  In his free time, Burt likes to do church work and model railroads.

Jonathan Hay

Jonathan Hay is our freshest face at the Sylacauga plant.  Jonathan started with us May 31st as our newest Warehouse Worker.
