As Fall and Winter approach, Harrell's recommends the following strategy to maintain color on your course for year-round playability. 

PRIOR TO DORMANCY

• For optimal results, apply Harrell’s SprayMAX® PAR® SG  to green, nondormant turf. Two applications prior to dormancy is ideal.
• Start at 16 oz/acre every two - three weeks or as needed. To enhance color, use PAR® SG  along with IronMn Mg at 1
• gallon per acre.
• Use with Harrell’s SprayMAX® Activator at 8 oz per 50 gal water to maximize leaf surface coverage.
• PAR® SG may dissipate with mowing and rainfall so how often to reapply may be based on turf growth and desired color.

AFTER DORMANCY

• Upon full dormancy, once surroundng turf has turned straw color, apply Harrell’s SprayMAX® Dormant Green® to maintain optimal color.
• Apply 2.5 gallons per acre initially, then increase application rate, to achieve desired color, if necessary.
• Spray Dormant Green® in the presence of dew or prewet turf for best results.
• Number of repeat applications and rate will be determined by weather and desired color.
