Conclusion:
The trial evaluated POLYON® controlled release fertilizer (CRF) 14-4-11 blend applied on 8/1/2019 to 38 ac. The CRF was applied at 1 lb/tree in the planting hole. Grower had great results with trees responding well to the CRF blend. More expensive than previous grower standard per tree (at time of trial 1.5x), however, proves worth of investing in young tree fertility with Harrell’s CRF blend.
