As we close out 2021 and look forward to 2022, the golf industry has recovered remarkably well from the effects of the worldwide pandemic that began in 2019. Many companies associated with the golf industry saw a remarkable year of growth in 2021. The upward trend in public demand for golf from all demographics as an alternative recreation activity has increased exponentially over the last twelve months. With the golf industry still looking to surge in 2022, the future trend of hiring and retaining good employees will be on the forefront of everyone’s strategy associated with the industry.
There have been many challenges coming out of the pandemic associated with hiring and keeping employed labor forces for the golf industry.
