In this episode of TurPh.Dudes, Drs. Jeff Atkinson and Raymond Snyder interview Dr. Bruce Clarke of Rutgers University. Dr. Clarke is the Director of the Rutgers Center for Turfgrass Science and an Extension Specialist in Turfgrass Pathology. Today we are discussing how fertility influences disease.
Dr. Clarke is the Director of the Rutgers Center for Turfgrass Science and an Extension Specialist in Turfgrass Pathology at Rutgers University. He is an authority on the identification and control of diseases of cool-season turf and the establishment of integrated disease control strategies to reduce fungicide usage. Dr. Clarke has published three books on turfgrass and has received numerous awards including the USGA Green Section Award and the Col. John Morley Distinguished Service Award from the GCSAA.
Dr. Clarke is a frequent speaker at educational conferences throughout the North America and has presented his research to turfgrass managers in Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia.
