Early Order Programs are your opportunity to get the products you need from the industry’s most trusted vendors while locking in the best rebates, incentives, and prices of the year. Why Early Order Programs Matter for Golf

Early Order Programs give professionals the opportunity to lock in current pricing on the products they will need for next season, now, with access to extended terms. It’s impossible to predict what the world will look like in 6 months from now. Product pricing and availability could shift, which makes locking in current pricing important.

Early Ordering through Harrell’s also gives you unique access to benefits that are only available through EOP. For example, Harrell’s Bill and Hold program gives you the advantage of storing your products at a Harrell’s warehouse so you can purchase everything you need without worrying about storage at the time of purchase.

2026 EOP Partner Program Summaries

In early fall, each of our vendor partners, companies like Envu, Syngenta, BASF, Nufarm, Corteva, PBI-Gordon, SePRO, and Civitas announces its EOP programs, all with the supplier's own incentives and offers to take advantage of this season. Below, we’ll break down each of our vendor partners’ EOP programs for golf to give you a quick rundown of what you can expect to find in each.

2026 Envu EOP Fall Solutions

Envu’s Fall Solutions National Golf program helps you build an Early Order Program that works for you with the solutions you need for next season. The Fall Solutions program runs from October 1 – December 4, 2026, with up to 14% in potential rebates and June 4, 2027, agency purchase payment terms.

The program offers varying savings on the products you trust, providing the opportunity to stack your savings significantly. With Base Tier Rebates, the more you buy, the more you save. Plus, you receive bonuses on select products in October.

2026 Syngenta EOP GreenTrust 365

Syngenta’s 2026 GreenTrust 365 program is where savings and innovations converge. GreenTrust 365 brings you savings featuring a broad portfolio of trusted Syngenta solutions and two exciting innovations that raise the bar: Atexzo® and Trefinti®. The Syngenta program year runs from October 1, 2026 – December 8, 2027, and the Early Order period runs from October 1 – December 8, 2026.

Immediate savings opportunities from Syngenta EOP, in addition to rebates, include volume discounts, Multipaks, pallet solutions, and immediate savings of 10% on Secure® fungicide brands. 2026 BASF EOP Program

BASF’s 2026 Early Order Program highlights the team’s dedication it takes to achieve pristine turf. The BASF Early Order Programs run from October 1, 2026 – December 4, 2026.

With BASF’s Design-Your-Own Program (DYOP), you have the opportunity to earn rebates starting at an order minimum of $3,000 on DYOP fungicides and increasing up to 28% as your order grows. Across-The-Course Solutions let you earn rebates starting at an order minimum of $3,000, with rebates starting at 4% and increasing as your order grows, up to 17%.

2026 Corteva Agriscience EOP Program

Corteva’s 2026 Early Order Program is as easy as 1, 2, 3. The early order program runs from October 1, 2026 – December 15, 2026 for packaged goods, and October 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 for Dimension® specialty herbicide on fertilizer.

Step 1, plan your product needs through early order. Step 2, purchase a Corteva foundational product plus any combination of participating Corteva brands. Step 3, you must register and submit to receive your rebates if you are new to the program or purchased through a distributor and are not set up for credits. If you have participated before and received your rebate as a distributor credit, no need to submit.
