The last ten years have been a whirlwind of growth and expansion for Harrell’s. This time of the year is a perfect time to look back and reflect on the past year and set your goals for the next. With so many moving parts in our business I wanted to highlight some of our major accomplishments while focusing on our Core Values over the past ten years. 

1. Acquired full ownership of our proprietary liquid product portfolio which consists of industry-leading brands:

- Harrell’s MAX® and Bio-MAX® Liquid Foliar Nutritionals

- HydroMAX® wetting agents 

- SprayMAX® most notably including PAR® SG and Dormant Green Plus 

- ProtectMAX® plant protectants, added in 2019. 

2. The creation of MyHarrell’s online accounts for customers to access invoices and purchase history

3. Accessibility to online CEU courses for education points 

4. Expansion in the west and north with several strategic acquisitions and new warehouses to increase our footprint 

5. Doubled the size of our sales team to service all the growing markets

6. Expanded into the Specialty Ag market 

7. Created a very informative social network presence to educate customers

8. Lead the industry with University backed research on trials and programs

9. Harrell’s became a 100% Employee owned ESOP

10. Purchased the most reliable and predictable product on the market. POLYON® Controlled-Release Fertilizer 

With all these accomplishments there is one thing that really stands out to me. 

Taking care of people. 

With this vision, forth by Jack Harrell Jr. and the Executive Team, our sales representatives continue to thrive in a competitive market. With the training and passion each rep has we strive to know the products and programs inside and out. Our team appreciates all your support and trust in our products. We are humbled for the daily opportunities we have to service our friends and partners and look forward to the next ten years!!
